Dr Soti has more than 24 years in the field of medicine in Kenya having worked in various capacities from hands-on clinical service provision, to management and leadership positions at subnational and national levels. The responsibilities included organization of health services and providing leadership in program development, implementation and monitoring with numerous players in the health sector particularly in the area of reproductive health HIV, Malaria, TB, Health Promotion and Disease Prevention and Control. He is Currently Coordinating Global Health Security in office of the Director Medical Services and Acting Coordinator for Eastern Collaborating Centre for Africa CDC.
